A professional site starts at $999 plus $99 a month — that's the whole starting price, with no setup fee hiding behind it. Past that, most packages are custom-tailored to what your business actually needs, and you see the exact quote in writing before we start.

No two businesses need the same machine. A roofer drowning in calls needs after-hours answering; a supplier with quiet phones needs ads and a funnel. So instead of squeezing you into a preset tier, we scope the package to your business — the site, the SEO, the ads, the follow-up, the AI — and quote the whole thing before we start.
A fixed tier either charges you for things you don't need or leaves out the thing you do. The assessment is where we figure out which pieces earn their keep — and the quote lands in writing, so there's never a surprise on an invoice.

Why don't you list package prices?
Because the package doesn't exist until we've looked at your business. A preset tier either bills you for pieces you'd never use or skips the one you need most. What we do promise: the quote is itemized, it's in writing, and it lands before any work starts.
Why a build fee and a monthly fee?
The build fee pays for making the thing: design, development, content, launch. The monthly pays for running it — hosting, maintenance, updates, and whatever active services your package carries. Splitting them means you don't overpay up front, and we don't pad the monthly to claw back a discount.
Are there contracts?
No. Every monthly fee on this page is month-to-month. Cancel anytime. We'd rather earn the renewal than write a clause that forces it.
Do I own the site?
Yes. Content, design, and code — all of it. If you ever leave, we hand everything over and help with the move. No hostage situations.
How long does a build take?
A starter site launches in 2–3 weeks. Custom packages depend on what's in them — we put a specific date on it during the assessment.
I already have a website. Now what?
We work with it or replace it, whichever wastes less of your money. We'll look at it during the assessment and tell you which — even if the answer is "keep it."
